LVTTF hosted its 9th Round-Robin on September 20th, 2025. To deliver top-tier match quality, six brand-new Butterfly Centrefold 25 tables were set up with full barriers — creating a truly professional setup for an exciting day of play.

Congratulations to Omid (2455) for securing 1st place and taking home the $50 cash prize! He was pushed to the limit in a five-game thriller by Iurii – a reminder that the top spot is never safe. Who’s going to be the one to finally knock Omid off the throne? 😄

We also welcomed a talented newcomer, Jordan from France, who made an immediate impact by forcing a 3-way tie among the 2200-rated players in Group 1. Welcome to the LVTTF family, Jordan!

Just a reminder: it’s crucial that the winner of each game records the correct score before the next game begins, especially since every game and point matters in a round robin — three 3-way ties happened in Groups 1, 2, and 3!

Group 3’s tie was incredibly close, coming down to total points scored. Renae finished third, just one point behind EstherQ.

Congratulations to Omid (2452), who claimed 1st place and took home a $50 cash prize. Group winners Saul, BrianH, JodyP, and Denise each topped their respective groups (2, 3, 4, and 5) and were awarded a Nittaku Premium 3-star ball.
